For complex or unusual proposals you should check the Regulations and confirm the fee with the relevant planning authority. Mixed use developments relating to more than one category – If Cat 1 + Cat 4 calculate the fee for each and then add together, for other combinations of categories calculate the application for each and the fee is the highest of those calculated.
